Curved structures are used in buildings and may be integrated with photovoltaic modules. Self-shading occurs on non-flat (curved) surface collectors resulting a non-uniform distribution of the direct beam diffuse incident solar radiation along curvature surface. The present study uses analytical expressions for calculating analyzing general parabolic concave Concave surfaces facing north, south east/west considered, numerical values annual irradiations (in kWh) demonstrated two locations: 32° N (Tel Aviv, Israel) 52.2° (Lindenberg, Germany). results show that difference global irradiation different orientations is not very wide.
